Happy Thursday!!

Welcome back to another week of Sunday Mornings.

We just got a fresh shipment of prompts and I wanted to share them with you.

Just remember that it is super important to schedule your Sunday Mornings walk now because it might slip your mind if you wait until the weekend to plan it.

If you need help writing the text to invite your friend to a walk, copy and paste the following:

THEME FOR THE WEEK

The theme for this week: risk-taking.

Here are your prompts:

1) When is the last time you did something for the first time? What was it? And how did it make you feel?

2) How many big risks do you take every year? Would you like to take more risks or less risks?

3) What is a small risk you could take this week? Tell your walking partner. And then follow up with them next week to make sure you did it.
